RRT Brace the Cold to Support the Vinnies CEO Sleepout

Every night, over 122,000 Aussies are experiencing homelessness. 

Supporting right across the country, seven RRT localities arrived at the crack of dawn and provided meals and hot coffee to CEO’s who had nothing but a sleeping bag and some encouragement.

A severe lack of social and affordable housing joined with a range of complex social issues makes homelessness a complex problem in Australia. The Vinnies CEO Sleepout encourages CEO’s to brace the cold and sleep without shelter to raise awareness and funds for those affected by homelessness.

On the longest night of the year, an overflow of community spirit is displayed as leaders camp out and the scent of fresh, hot RRT barista coffee and warm meals made the experience bareable.
