As National Police Week begins in Washington, D.C., our volunteers are stationed throughout the city, providing water, refreshments, and support to the families of fallen officers.

Throughout the week, we are honored to stand alongside those who come to remember, reflect, and connect. Today, RRT volunteers also supported the Police Unity Tour during their ride, serving water and refreshments to riders cycling in honor of fallen law enforcement officers.

Be sure to follow along as we share moments from the days ahead, including our support at the Vigil and the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service.

The Rochester Rapid Relief Team was honored to support a multi-department live fire training exercise at the Point Pleasant Fire Department’s Training Grounds 🚒

Firefighters from Webster Volunteer Fire Department, Penfield, and Irondequoit Departments came together for hands-on, high-intensity emergency response training -sharpening skills and strengthening teamwork.

Following the exercise, RRT served up a well-earned hot lunch and refreshments. It was a great opportunity to connect, show appreciation, and say thank you to the dedicated first responders who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
