The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) fired up the barbeque at the Queensland Police Community Safety and Career Expo in Toowoomba, to say thank you to the emergency services for all they do for the local community.

The Community Safety and Career Expo in Toowoomba offered important insight into the work police do to keep us all safe, and the RRT was delighted to be able to offer our support. 10 RRT volunteers cooking up 50 breakfast meals and 180 lunch meals across the day at the TAFE Ova, for all those in attendance at the expo.

“Police do so much for us all – so our volunteers were really happy to be able to give something back.”

George Millar

RRT Toowoomba Local Team Leader
