Ashburton supports RYDA

RYDA is a not for profit organisation that has developed a programme to help educate young people about road safety as they approach that period in their life when they start driving a car and ride as a passenger in a car driven by one of their peers.

The RYDA team came to the Ashburton Hotel Conference Centre on 21st June, and RRT encouraged the attendance of student to this event to improve safety awareness on New Zealand roads by offering a free sausage sizzle and water bottle to any who attended. This was very well received as shown in the video below!
