Community Fun Day: Leamington Locals Gather Together

On July 20th, the Leamington Community organised a ‘Lillington Community Fun Day’ supported by the local Rapid Relief Team (RRT), drawing around 2000 attendees, including the local mayor and police teams.

The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) Leamington cooked up 750 Burger Meals to the attendees while local community groups entertained them with live music and performances.

This event was a free ‘Fun Day’ for Leamington residents who were unable to travel abroad for a holiday. RRT was delighted to assist by serving burgers, giving back to the community, and witnessing the joy on their faces made it all worthwhile. Spirits were high, the community mingled exchanging stories and forming new friendships, while participating in activities throughout the day.
