Runners crossing the Finish LineAs the volunteers approached the event village site which was at the bottom of the 59th Street bridge, the rumble of the never ending NY traffic above sets the tone for the energy that the day will bring. The Be the Match personnel had once again been successful in recruiting an amazing group of volunteers and supporters including; local high school students, personnel from the Avon Foundation, 18 volunteers from the Rapid Relief Team (RRT), personnel from the Norton Ladybugs, MSK Transplant Trotters, Bone Marrow Transplant Team, and many others that are interested in supporting the great cause that Be the Match represents.
