RRT Visits Hampshire & Isle of Wight Local Resilience Forum

Posted: December 16, 2025

On 9th December, Hampshire Fire HQ hosted the Local Resilience Forum (LRF), bringing together representatives from emergency services and local councils to strengthen collaboration and share best practices. These meetings play a vital role in ensuring communities are prepared and supported during emergencies, and the commitment shown by the LRF members and HQ staff is truly commendable.

As part of the day, RRT Southampton was invited to present our capabilities and demonstrate how we support during critical incidents. To give attendees a real sense of what we can deliver in the field, we set up our signature red tent and served 500 gourmet burger meals alongside freshly brewed coffee.

“It was great to be able to show them our gourmet burgers and our bean-to-cup coffee, and demonstrate what we can actually deliver during emergencies. It’s been a privilege to meet so many members of the LRF, and we look forward to the next one.”
