Hinchingbrooke Hospital’s ‘Thank You’ Event: A Day of Gratitude and Celebration

The Stamford RRT were thrilled to support the NHS staff at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon Stamford, during their ‘Thank You’ event this year. The day, which unfolded on August 5th, was an overall success.

Opening its doors in 1983, Hinchingbrooke Hospital offers a broad spectrum of specialities. From general surgery and ENT to orthopedics and urology, from breast surgery and gynecology to vascular services, the hospital is a hub of comprehensive healthcare. Not to forget, it also hosts an emergency department, a maternity unit, and both inpatient and outpatient services for children. Above all, the hospital is dedicated to expanding its capacity, alleviating anxieties of patients and visitors, and maintaining fair charges.

The ‘Thank You’ event saw a great turnout of NHS staff, all uniting to celebrate and honor their commitment to the community and to each other. The purpose of the day was to show appreciation to the hardworking staff, honour them, and express gratitude.

As a token of our appreciation, we kept our BBQ grills fired up all day, handing out over 500 bacon rolls to the hardworking hospital staff. As always, RRT will keep our finger on the pulse to ensure we step in and provide tangible support wherever it is needed.
