RRT Stamford Serves NHS Staff A Warm Breakfast
On January 23rd, volunteers from the Rapid Relief Team (RRT) Stamford supported the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust by serving 1,100 bacon breakfast rolls at Peterborough City Hospital. This event was a heartfelt gesture to honour and thank the hardworking NHS staff for their dedication.
Established in 2017, North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust manages three hospitals, including Peterborough City Hospital, and provides a wide range of healthcare services, such as acute care, emergency services, maternity, and elective procedures. With a dedicated team of 6,700 staff, the Trust is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The event served as a thank you for hospital staff, offering them a chance to take a well-deserved break from their busy schedules, enjoy a warm breakfast, and connect with colleagues over coffee and tea. It was a successful and uplifting occasion, bringing a sense of appreciation and camaraderie to the hospital community.
