RRT’s November in 60-Seconds

Posted: December 1, 2025

Hello and welcome to the 60-second video for November. This month, RRT volunteers were honoured to support at 38 events that strengthen communities and those who serve them.

At Norwich Airport, the annual emergency exercise “Hawk 2” tested vital response plans with emergency services and resilience teams. RRT Norwich served 130 gourmet burgers to keep participants fuelled on the cold evening.

In Cardiff, Avon & Somerset Local Resilience Teams held swift-water rescue training to prepare for flood emergencies. RRT Cardiff provided breakfast and lunch to support those dedicated to saving lives.

Next, at Grayshott Fire Station’s Open Day, firefighters welcomed the community to learn about their work. RRT Fernhurst served 150 burger meals to thank these everyday heroes.

Finally, at Lord’s Cricket Ground, over 100 business leaders slept outdoors for CEO Sleepout UK, raising funds for homelessness. RRT Watford served 200 bacon rolls to start the day for those showing solidarity.

That’s it for this month, see you next time.
