RRT Liverpool Supports Sportsalive & Merseyside Police Community Family Day

Posted: August 18, 2025

RRT Liverpool was proud to support the Family Free Fun Day at Adlam Park, organised by SportsAlive North West in partnership with Merseyside Police. The event welcomed hundreds of families for a day filled with free activities, community connection, and great food.

Our volunteers served over 850 meals, with RRT’s Signature Burgers proving popular with attendees of all ages. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the local community and support an inclusive initiative.

“We served 130 meals to participants of the Merseyside Inclusive Sports Tournament, as requested by Merseyside Police, a key partner in the event. It was a privilege to support an event that gives disadvantaged individuals the chance to take part in sports many of us take for granted.”

Event Team Leader

Guy Thorstensen

Merseyside Police’s Community Engagement Team continues to champion inclusion, working closely with SportsAlive to make a meaningful impact across the region.
