Rapid Relief Team Serves 1,800 Meals at Ayrshire Hospice Winter Fair
The charity Rapid Relief Team (RRT) supported Ayrshire Hospice’s annual Winter Fair last weekend, helping raise vital funds for the hospice’s specialist care services.
The Winter Fair, held at Ayr Racecourse, is a key fundraising event that brings the local community together to support Ayrshire Hospice, which provides compassionate palliative care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Ayrshire and Arran.
As part of the event, volunteers from RRT’s Kilmarnock team served 1,800 freshly cooked burger meals to attendees, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while backing the hospice’s mission to deliver essential care.
“We are honoured to support Ayrshire Hospice and the incredible work they do for families in need. The Winter Fair is a fantastic way to bring the community together and raise essential funds for such a worthy cause.”
