AU – RRT has partnered with Bundaberg Homeless Breakfast

On Wednesday morning the 3rd of February, Bundaberg RRT were hard at it cooking up a hearty breakfast for homeless and needy persons at the office carpark of Regional Housing Ltd, Bundaberg.

RRT are proud to partner with RHL to offer a free breakfast to the disadvantaged in our community at a venue where other service provides can offer help and support to such persons.

Other service providers that attended were Impact Outreach Street Van, an agency that offers employment opportunities and training to jobless persons, RSL and Centrelink. Roots Hairdressing company offered free haircuts and Coral Coast Dental gave away free oral care packs that were donated by Colgate.

Approximately 15 clients attended the event and were served fresh bacon and egg muffins, tea, coffee and juice with a smile by the eager team of RRT volunteers.

The event is planned to be a monthly event with all promising to be back next time.
