The beautiful city of Kalispell is the largest in Northwest Montana, and the Samaritan House is the only shelter in the Flathead Valley region.  This facility offers a veteran program that provides affordable housing and the resources to care for them physically and mentally which has benefited many veterans in this region suffering from disability and hardships.

The Samaritan House is a non-profit organization.  Therefore, the foundation depends a lot on fund raising for the financial support needed to sustain the facility and programs that it offers.  This organization has set a goal to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.
