RRT Barbados was onsite within 1 hour of being called to a Warehouse Fire in Brighton, St. Michael, Barbados. They provided refreshments and hot meals to over 80 first responders. The team was humbled by this opportunity to serve our frontline heroes.

This was the first Red-Tent event for Barbados since COVID-19 Pandemic. Team members were excited to have Face-to-Face contact with local community members and emergency personnel.

“When we first arrived on-site, firefighters were already battling for a couple of hours, we immediately offered chilled water, energy drinks, and snacks. As lunchtime approached and the fire still wasn’t out we fired up the BBQ’s and started to grill some burgers. It was a tremendous opportunity getting to provide for fire, police, defense force/coast guard, and G4S security, whilst they were working on the frontline.” said Local Team Leader
