The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) was established by the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church (PBCC), and our volunteers are drawn from the Church Community. As a Christian Church, we follow the teachings of the Holy Bible, guided by our values of love, care and compassion.
Members of the PBCC happily care for and live in a society with people of all backgrounds, and we fully embrace the values of tolerance and mutual respect. RRT provides care and compassion to all and does not condone the persecution of anyone by anyone.
All RRT volunteers undertake training and abide by a code of conduct which requires them to treat everyone with the utmost respect. This includes people of faith, people of no faith, people from the LGBTQIA+ community, and all, regardless of their age, race, gender, sexuality, ability or religion. RRT complies with the Equality Act 2010, ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and without discrimination.
